Well this is the second monthe Im waiting for MTN to get back to me after I did put an enquiry in at our MTN branch aswelk as MTN, I so dissapointed in MTN after they keep deducting money from my account, last year I took out an MTN BLACKBERRY contract, BIS still included, now they charge me for everything, They cant proof me anything, and my contract was BIS included, how can they do it. Im so sick of having this problems every month, and I must just keep on paying! MTN I need answers? nobody gets back to me and cant proof to me where my money goes to, last month I didnt make any calls, just to check out what MTN does, they take from my airtime after my (UNCAP DATA) runs out... They are taking a chanch, I dont even surfe intenet allot because of Wiffi at my work... Sooo?.. Like I say they cant give me answers.
I never had such BIS problems at vodacom.
