Hurry UP. its not the end of the world

Went to the Mtn at wonderpark. The consultant who was assisting explained that term and conditions will take longer to Explain. The store manager George Erasmus came from the office had a conversation with the consultant. In reply the consultant explained that he would get back to him as soon as she is done assisting me. From the door where he was standing he shouted that the consultant HURRY UP. As a new client joining Mtn I was rather offended and asked to talk to him. I explained how offended I was considering options that I have. I could easily go and take a contract with Vodacom. He then said with no remorse "Oh Well its is not the end of the world" if this is the service I'm going to get from Mtn I might as well cancel the contract and stay with Vodacom.
