Cell C
Have not received my Galaxy S4

I went to Cell C Menlyn on Saturday, 11 May 2012. I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S4 after I was told they are out of stock. I was also told that they wil have my order the next week Friday, 17 May 2012. Aftetr waiting the alloted time I still have not received a phone call for collection. I phoned them to find out what the problem was and no one was able to tell me. I phoned them repeatedly and still they do not know when I will receive my phone. This is truly annoying and I would like to see a quick response or just be informed of what is going on.
