Bad Internet Services I've Ever Seen

I am livinig in Secunda - Mpumalanga, near to Sasol club, my company provided me with 3G for inernet connection since 3 years ago! Unfortunately the 3G is for Vodacom company and because my company gave it to me there is no choice for me to c, hange it.
The internet speed is too low and I have to wait about 5 minutes (can u believe it 5 minutes) to load one page ehich is really frustrating!
I called Vodacom customer service more than 5 times, the made a log for me, somebody called me 3 times and they told me they are busy to fix it but nothing has changed in last 3 years.
I have to be awake after 1 o'clock in morning and do my internet tasks which make me confusing during a day.
I think the problem is the Vodacom doesn't have sufficient infrastructure for their customer but still they continue to sell sim card and 3G which is not faire for people who had the 3G and persons who buy the new one.

I contact them several times and avoide to write here but there were no way for me to bring up my dissatisfaction.
I really sugest to prevent to buy any internet services from Vodacom.
