No delivery or comeback in a week

Took out a data contract on Monday 13th May still waiting to be connected they promised to deliver a sim card on Thursday now Friday & I am still waiting for it??? How long must I wait, have sent them 3 mail s & 2 sms s still no feedback from their customer " service " dept
