Lying and deceit

Today i sit here writing this complain about the guy Ishmael who works in Sunnypark branch reported to Rian Smith from Nashua that the phone that i never used i dropped it on the floor in front of him and Rian instead of investigating the matter further wrote the report like that and now an amount of R876 was deducted from my account .i get charged for cancelling my contracts, the Sim connection is not the one i saw on the advert, basically everything here is just a rip off, there's no hurting feeling like having to pay for something that you never even got to understand, but anyway my will see me through this, He has never left nor forsaken me. you havent even port my number like you said you will, what a disgrace!!!

i guess i`ll regard myself as unlucky but nashua its only a matter of time before you realise how ungrateful you have been to your client
