It all started when i recently upgraded my cell phones x 2 to samsung s 3's. I upgraded over the phone. I requested on the 25 /4/2013 via email which was recieved by cell c asking with urgency for a copy of my contract as well as to notify me if there was insurance and if not to arrange for insurance. after trying to get answers we were robbed while in the house, they got away with one of the cell phones. my understanding is that surley cell c should be partially responsible i requested my contract as i was not sure if insured or not . since the break in i have been passed back and for with tons of refrences to call and no responses. I know find that they are being extremley rude to me i.e i called today the ceo;s desk where i spoke to a gentlemen that was extremley rude when i asked to speak to his manager he informed me he was the manager - " he was not" i later found out
i then called back spoke to a sue who put me on hold for 9 min 33 sec before i hung up... im extremleyt frustrated and ive always been an advocate for cell c - so not now. maby someone will take responsibility and contact me
