Upgraded to Z10 - Destroying my Business

My company has been in contract with Autopage for many years and generally we have been satisfied with the service. We upgraded our handsets to the new Blackberry Z10 as we have been using this brand for many years. The new Z10 is destroying my business - phones have to be restarted at least 4 - 5 times daily as signal & internet connections are lost ; the phone automatically locks itself and not able to access data (resulting in having to switch the handset off) ; i also get asked daily why my phone is engaged by my clients resutling in a loss of business. I am not able to continue using a handset like this. I have spoken to Technical as well as Upgrades without any joy. Please assist
