Poor Customer Service and No Connectivity

It comes as no surprise that there would be so many complaints listed here; after experiencing yet another run-in with such a lame- service provider, CELL C has just lost my vote. I have been without BIS since Saturday morning, called Cell C's call-in service center and was put through to their IT Dept. where the staff play guessing games with what "could" be wrong with your phone, only to get told eventually that there is a problem with the connectivity in your area. Needless to say the other 2 blackberry users in your home are also Cell C subscribers and their phones seem to be working without a hitch. Day 3 is almost at an end, I was given a reference number and so far nobody has called me back. As a valued customer, I expect to be treated much better than this, considering how much I pay for this contract every month. I dont make you wait for your money like I have to wait for decent service. I honestly just feel like cancelling this contract as I am of the opinion that Cell C is in breach of the Consumer Protection Act.
