I took out 2 new 8ta contracts at the end of March and asked Canal Walk to please port my daughter's original cell number 0764566704 to replace the new 8ta number 0814508677. This has still not been done almost a month later. THIS HAS BEEN SORTED OUT A WEEK AGO (IST WEEK IN MAY)
The second contract taken out at the V & A Waterfont number is 0815356232 and i am unable to use this number as when it is dialled the message is that this number no longer exists. TODAY IS 13 MAY AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SITUATION TO RESOLVE ONE AND A HALF MONTHS LATER.

Please understand that as a customer it should not take so long to resove a matter and certainly a new customer taking 2 contracts should get support if 8ta wants to not only sell contracts but improve their reputation.
I would also like to put a limit on the amount that is debited to my account for these contracts to the agreed monthly amounts of R148.00 per month.
WHY IS THERE NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT 8TA... IS THERE NO LEADERSHIP OR IS IT JUST NOT IMPORTANT TO GO FURTHER THAN TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN?
