With regards to my complaint on the 06th May 2013. I have recently found out that I have been doubled charged this month for the number that was going to be upgraded... I also found out that I can only upgrade my cell number in September... so why was I double charged only the people at Cell C will know this but they keep giving a story about the package being changed. I would like to know when I changed my package and when I gave permission to change this package. I am actually beoming very frustrated with the way Cell C is doing their upgrades and business I have 3 contracts with them and I have a good mind of moving my contract to another service provider that needs my business. They take too long to answer their calls or even to assist the customers...
