Being billed R160 more than advertised

In March 2013 I took out a new contract with Nashua. The contract was widely advertised for R319 per month but now I am being billed R480 per month.

I have been in contact with the call centre twice and multiple times with the branch that helped me. One call centre consultant even told me there was no such deal available in March, when in fact it is on the deal sheets for March and was advertised everywhere.

The contract I took out is the Samsung S3 on cell c straight up 100 for R319 per month.

I would like to be refunded what I have been overcharged and for this to be fixed going forward.
