Cell reception tower broken and have no signal

For the last 6 months and more we as complex have very little to non- excisting reception from our local server tower. i am a Mtn client and they keep on telling me the ae wotking on repairing the tower and will be running soon, six months is not soon. i must leave my premisess to go and make a phone call and do bussines every day. Why do i have a cell phone if i cant use it any time when i enter my residentional area. the compliant is not only from me but from our whole complex, I am the chairman of theresaburg in Theresapark, pretoria north. we would like to have some one come back to us, will we every have cell phone reception i n our area. maby i must cancel my cell phone and put telkom lines in and work like the ould times. Ps would have more pleasure in doing bussiness, and have a fast adsl line and so forth.
