Not resolving issues and no service

Hi, me again. I have had no response and are still waiting for a reply. No one has given me a solution till today or bothered to phone me back. Still getting phone calls everyday from all over the country.
Someone please help. I am busy with ICASA and Government. Looking for a number to contact the Ombudsman?
