False advertising

I bought the Iphone4S on straight up and with the deal you get
50 sms's
50 anytime minutes and
50 megs of data. They said in the advert if you join you get 300megs extra data.

I only received 300megs of data a month where it was suppose to be 350? I have had so many problems with Cell C up to now and its only been two months and you can never get through to them via phone. When you call you only get voice prompts and when you hold on to speak to someone you seem to be holding on longer than 10, 20 minutes.

These are the problems I have had:
Phone deliver very later than they said it would be
Incorrect telephone number
300 data instead of 350
a couple times I have had no signal at all where I use to have signal in the exact same areas.
3G unbelievably slow where on other service providers it works fine.

You need to give me the data you owe me... which is 50Megs x 2 months so far. The three days I couldnt make phone calls. I want a deduction in my phone account for those three days as I paid for the service I didn't receive.
