Virgin not doing what they promised to do

I complained to Virgin Mobile and Hello Peter, in connection with one of my lines under my contract. I finally got a call from Veronique after 12-Nov-12, to say the itemised billing would be removed w.e.f. Oct, 2012 on the classic contract. I was never informed it was supposed to be "mandatory" Anyway this contract started in May 2011. I asked it to be added during 2012.I asked it to be removed at the end of Sep, 2012. They said it could not be removed. I finally got a call from Veronique after 12-Nov-12, to say the itemised billing would be removed from Oct, 2012 on the classic contract. So they have to implement it. They said to me that it would been made clear when the phone was ordered. I was not and I told told them to listen to the conversations with me. It was not mentioned to me, otherwise I would not have agreed to the contract. After struggling for months, Veronique finally phoned me and said the billing would be removed from w.e.f. Oct- 2012. Nothing happened! On phoning them again yesterday, they could see that it should have been removed but wasn't. Today I'm told that Veronique has left and they have no trace of my complaint, Consumer Commissioner next?
