Around 2010 I paid up my account & requested that my contract be closed. Three years later I get an email that I owe them R6276.29 with each week getting specials of having this amount reduced if I pay it up. First of all, why would I only get an email 3years later after closing my account to advise that I owe??? And secondly I have requested that I get a build up of this amount with all the details reflecting the calls made and a detail of all the payments I made up until I requested the contract closed. Up until now I have received nothing but instead a weekly reminder to pay with up to 50% discount if I pay immediately. And since when did Vodacom offer 50% discount of the amount owed??? What happened to electronic billing as the email is a written email that advises of the amount owed.
