Billing issue going for 2 years and 5 months

Since I took out my first 8Ta contract in December 2010 I have never received my monthly invoice. I have tried so many time at the Woodlands Pretoria Branch, via call centre and via Hello Peter. But they just can not get it right. Last year -October, I tried the Hello Peter route and I was assured the problem has been fixed. After 3 months of emails up and down, I gave up again.

How is this possible that they can not find the problem. All I am asking is for the monthly account to be sent via email.
