Will never renew my contract

This is not the first time i have an account query, I have the same contract but every month i get billed for different things, and then i must waste my calls waiting over 30 minutes everyday to rectify it due to your incometence.
Please can someone contact me as i am not wasting anymore of my time and effort calling you.
