I MUST SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THAT'S JUST PUTTING IT MILDLY ITS ALMOST TWO WEEKS THAT MY PHONE WAS DAMAGED IN AN ACCIDENT THE STORE MADE ME FILL IN A CLAIM AS I DO HAVE INSURANCE AND TO DATE I DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. EVERY TIME I CALL I 'M PUT ON HOLD OR THROUGH TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT WHO IS UNABLE TO ASSIST.SO NOW I DON'T HAVE A PHONE
AND NO PROPER ASSISTANCE FROM ALTECH AUTOPAGE.
