My Cell phone contract expired last year Oct I went to Nashua Mobile Cape gate to cancel my contract. The Person who assisted me asked me my reason for cancelling and I said its because of bad service. Again it was proved... he took it as a port (not what I have asked for) and not a cancellation. I realised in Feb that it was not done after I saw my bank statement and saw that they were still deducting money. I went back 06Feb. to cancel it again. Roland assisted me and gave me a signed form as proof that it will be cancel and that I will be on prepaid 01 Mar. Nothing was done.. I phoned customer care and according to them nothing was logged on the systems. So I went back to Nashua and Liezel assisted me, promise me that she will sort it out and see that I get credited for the Money that I paid from Dec to Mar. My phone went on prepaid Tuesday 02 Apr but they still deducted money end of Mar. I feel this is the worst service I have ever experience and their attitudes are the best... WE DON'T CARE!! Where is their loyalty and pride in there work? They will PEST you for contracts, but then afterwards - there is absolute NO NO SERVICE!!! I have done more than enough now its your turn!!
