Poor service, repair, cell under warranty contract

Gave my fone for repairs in Jan13, long wait, said I had to pay even though cell was still under warranty even though i did an early upgrade. Waited so long for update but no followups were done until I went to see them. They sent proof of warranty and still came back saying i must pay. I am angry because I spoke to Imraan the first time it happy and he said that he would escalate but to no avail. I had to go into repeatedly ask but the service I got was of a poor quality. There is no pro-activeness on the staff part. I did get some follow ups from the junior assistant but then it stopped. I went in this week again and I was told i had to pay again. I asked Shireen if i could speak to manager who was at another branch on phone as but he was not available. She said i must fone head office and I said that it is their responsibilty to follow up. She called headoffice but the person was not answering their phone. I asked her to follow up and get back to me but too no avail. I am so upset i feel i need to go consumer watch. it is just over 3 months and i still dont have a fone repaired.
