We went to Cell C on Friday and was disappointed (at first) that we did not have a good enough Credit Record to take out a contract for the amount we wanted to, but Shandra was very helpful!!!

She gave our documents to the manager and made sure the documents was sent to head office for approval. Within less than two working days the SIM was activated and we only had to go sign. She called us timeously and was friendly, understanding and efficient. She made sure the contract was signed before the end of the month (and the special expiring)!

Now we can take advantage of Cell C's great internet prices - looking forward to it.
