Good gone bad

I was recently in Planet Fitness on a query of a voucher just to see how it works. Everything went well, the consultant was very helpful until I told her that I would first need to consult with my budget to see if I could cater with a once off fee. After hearing this she started attacking me about personal information I shared with her. As we were leaving, I wanted to shake her hand to show respect for the time spent in showing me around and to show that I have no hard feelings, she just looked at me like I wasn't worth her effort and did not bother in shaking my hand. I felt so disrespected as this was done infront of other people. I will never recommend Planet Fitness to any of my friends or family. As per her terrible execution to closing the deal by retaining me, I am disgusted and highly disappointed. It is unfortunate and unnecessary that the company lost the respect of not only me but my friends and family too.
