Unable to change my bank account

Iff been phoning Planet Fitness for almost 5 months now, my bank details change like i informed them thru emails and telephone, everytime promising me that they would change it. They handed my account over to attorneys. Now tell me should i be penalised for people who are not able to even do one single task??? I have phoned the head office aswell the just put the phone down.. Now i cant even phone head office to help, who is going to... Im taking legal actions, hope that helps. PLEASE DONT GIVE PEOPLE JOBS AND PUT THEM IN POSITIONS THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN, BECAUSE THEY CANT HELP A CLIENT.
