Cancellation of contract

I took a contract with a planet fitness consultant named Mzie, on 13/08/2012, and my first debit order was
not what we agreed upon, on top of that i signed up for a personal tranainer which i was told that he was availble all gym hours but she was not and when i compalaint Mzie said we will cancel and even cancel the additional fee that they added for the black tag, that was was last year September, and nothing happened, then i spoke to the sales mananger Rhulani Shibambu who said i he will take the matter to the head office, of which he did to the person named Lizzete Van Loggerrenberg the matter and refund me but she only contacted me once and asked me what happened and she said she will get back at me but she never did. November i received a call from a man named Lloyed saying he is a brach manager from and request a meeting for 1/12/2012 he also said he will get back on me and he never did. I gave them my banking details for but they never debited the money and Rhulani said they cant untill the matter is resolved, now they handed my acoount over to the Saya recoveries. All am asking for is my refund from planet fitnes and cancel the contract.
