MANAGER & SALES STAFF ALL UNHELPFUL AND USELESS

In 2012 i with a friend took out a membership at a special of R99 per month for 36Months, we had no issues until January 2013 where we started getting billed R340 then R380 and now R450 a month, we spoke to at least 4 different sales staff and the manager who said that the special was for one year and not for 3years but the contract shows 36months for R99. he agreed and said give him 24hours its now over 2 months and still nothing, The sales guy that called still had the nerve to tell me to sign a new contract and then cancel the old one and i should pay R7500 up front to avoid issues as then i am fully paid up. The best part about this whole thing is that they have now said i am outstanding payments for the last year but my correct banking details are on the contract, and they put the wrong details on the system. i am willing to pay what is outstanding on the agreed contract fee, nothing more.. and also want my free Bags promised when joining.
