THE MOST INCOMPETENT BUSINESS IN EXISTENCE!

I took out a membership in January 2013, due to the /mis-informed sale pertaining to cancellation, I complained day in and day out during February, i have spoken with the GM Nico Grobler who to this day has not responded accordingly to my complaints. I then in April sent the most disgusting e-mail to have their heads spinning to know they do not dare with me, would you beleive, I receive a friendly call from Andrew, informing him of the sale, they then reply cia email stating they do not beleive it and I said again, I WANT THIS MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED. To this day it is still not cancelled. I cannot understand how they are as employees. Your southway mall branch is so pathetic, warm water, small as. Yet us as consumers are tactically sold and informed we can cancel when we please. I AM NOT DONE WITH YOU, DARE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT THE END OF APRIL, WENDY NOLA WILL BE ON YOUR!

Fly by nights and putrid incompetent staff to the seniors. DISGUSTED!
