Unless staff and they even charged me twice

I signed up with curve about a month ago, paid my first premium upfront and everyone was so friendly during the sign up process. Once they had my money, they forget about me. They keep making empty promises but can't deliver. At the end of March they even debited my account twice in error and I have still not received the refund they promised me a week ago. The staff keep telling me they need to speak to their manager but they won't give me his details nor would they let me speak to him. I am so angry with the poor experience I'm having with the staff at the constantia branch I don't see how I can go there to work out if I'm so UN-happy. Will they help me, NO of cause not. Will they keep debiting my account, ABSOLUTELY. I hate curves, and I'll tell everyone I come into contact with not to ever sign up with them.
