My Gym contract expired at the end of May 2011 - which was three years from 2008. In spite of sending a letter through to them they continued to debit my bank account unbeknown to me. When I realised what was happening I reversed what I could at the bank. I went in to the Bedfordview Gym and filled in a form dated 5 November 2012. Nobody has bothered to contact me and have now handed this over to a collection agency. My contract was only for three years and they have continued to debit my bank account since then. I could not tell you how much they have got away with. They were just putting any amount through my bank account.
