Not receiving any response at all!

I wanted to cancel my gym contract.

I sent an email on the 26th March 2013 I have not received a response since last Tuesday? No man, this is not acceptable. Your lack of interest in customer service has now become one of the reasons why I am cancelling my contract.

Zone fitness should up their game. could someone please give me a complaint email where I can report them?
