TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I paid my gym membership fee in full and in cash on the first Friday of March and noticed last Friday that Zone Fitness had decided to charge me AGAIN and debited the money out of my account, unfortunately, when there is not enough funds in the account my bank charges me R115 as well. when I called and spoke to the "manager" I asked to be informed about all this, he told me he would phone me back and I'm still waiting, I phoned the gym 4 times on Saturday and begged the receptionist to get him to call me back, eventually when I called back this morning, he told me he doesnt work on Saturdays and seemed to get quite angry that I expected more customer service from him... is it not his responsibility if he is going to have a "managerial" position to help his customers!? He was rude, lazy and his people skills are TERRIBLE! I realise that the fees are cheap but I wasnt expecting to get cheap service as well! This is not the first time I have heard about things like this going on at Zone... take my advice, spend a few more rands and go to Virgin Active!
