Hi,

I've tried contacting your call centre, but it's constantly busy. I've been migrated from Vitality to Momentum Multiply and herewith is my member number: Kindly change it as I'm being charged R529 while I'm belonging to a loyalty club. Thank you.

Then Gino called me and told me that I shouldn't have been debited. And that I shouldn't be paying VA (especially the normal rate) I therefore asked him about the debit order that went through and he said that VA will pay me, which took 4ever and I eventually went to the bank to reverse it.

Now I'm being called by people from VA and debiting my account bi-monthly for this January while I was on Momentum Multiply back in December. This is really getting annoying as no one wants to listen when I explain to them. I got called by a lady (didn't catch her name) who wouldn't listen and just talked over me. I hung up because that's not comminication.

Please sort out this mess.
