I called little falls and came across keke, he has a pleasant manner on the phone and therefor I decided he would be the sales guy I deal with. My husband and I went to the gym to be greated with a pleasant smile at reception and then from keke as he took us through. Having a 4 yr son my greatest concern was club v and that was the place he took us first, explained the security and the classes taking care of your child while you gym. He had the most pleasant attitude in taking us around the gym. We then decided to think about it and he saw us out. During that time I was smsed by other sales consultants in the same gym and called them stating that I deal only with keke. I phoned on Wednesday and got a contract and once again was very pleasant working with keke. He has amazing customer service and I hope my gym experience is going to be as wonderful as my initial dealings with keke.
