Unprofesional behaviour of staffmembe

On Friday morning 19 April there was a staffmember of Virgin Active Petro Howen who took on our personal Trainer in front of our whole class as well as the entire gym full of people watching, because of personal issues, her husband is also working there as a personal Trainer and this is not good if there is issues that does not concern members of Virgin Active. This for me is not exceptable cause it effects a bad vibe in the gym, the staff is suppose to make it pleasant for the members and this for me was a very unpleasant experience i would like to know if the Head Office can sort out this problem?
