Nothing but grief since i signed up!!!

I joined virgin active in december last year... a consultant came to outsurance where i signed up. he told me that before i could start gyming i need a clearance letter from my doctor. the first letter my doctors receptionist misplaced the second and third letters virgin active at the reds mall misplaced. everytime i come here i have to explain my sad story over and over again. i told the last guy that if i have to go through this one more time i will want to have my contract cancelled. i want this done NOW!!!
