Onsunday i called in to speak to a manager (cgm) and the guy by the name of NKOSI answered the phone at reception and he was very rude instead of telling me Mzo the cgm is not in the club, he ssaid" as you can hear that im hear and i answered the phone obviously Mzo would not be here" My question is how was i suppose to know who he is and what position he is in? Staff should be taught manners if then he was standing in for MZO he does not deserve the position because thats not how it should be > i was verry offended by his answer.
