Poor ethics by Reception and Sales staff

I am highly disgusted by the way your staff treated my wife this afternoon. March 5. Your reception staff member Lante or something similar has no shame. There was no respect shown when talking to my wife, she even got asked if she washes her clothes because they (the receptionist and female salesconsultant with the black hair) see her in a pink tshirt all the time. Barring the fact that she has OCD and cannot even handle the sight of dust anywhere. The conversation (very one sided) also turned toward using an illegal steroid for her to obtain a bikini competition body, apparently dieting has not registered in her mind. My wife was caught very offgaurd by this statement. Please teach your staff that being profesional at all times while wearing you logo would be a step in the right direction.
