Really Horrible Gym

I have complained in the past regarding the gyms in Midrand and not much has happened. The Boulders & Vodaworld gyms are perhaps the worst Virgin Active gyms I have ever been to.

There is virtually no parking, Boulders parking is unsafe. Both gyms are over subscribed with insufficient machines, even then on average a machine or two is not in working order.

I am in the process of writing to your competitor in the hope that they would open a gym in the area! Hopefully things will improve.

As an aside your ability to ignore your customer base is shocking, you should take heed of current market developments regarding companies which have paid the price of electing not to listen to their customers. Customers invariably apply an economic vote and walk with their feet!
