I must say I have had the most pleasant experience joining Virgin Active Hatfield. Jack Tladi really went out of his way to accommodate me and provide the highest level of customer service. The world needs more people who care like Jack. Thank you Discovery and thank you Virgin Active for providing such excellent service with Vitality. I think I am in love, but its too early to tell :)
