Paid R2490 more than I should've paid in 6 months!

When i joined planet fitness gym in Lakeview across the wimpy road house in April 2013, i signed a 3 year contract stating that i pay R285 pm. Recently i noticed they took R700 each month with my debit order for 6 months!! I did complain and they would phone me back but its been almost 2 months now and no one phoned me (note that I went there to complain 3 times and 3 different people promised that they will phone me-they did'nt). I paid R2490 more than i should have in those 6 months. I have'nt went to the gym for almost 2 months now because i have a new bank account because of them deducting R700 each time in stead of R285. Its more than double what i'm suppose to pay!!!
