I have send several reply mails to Virgin Active to cansel my membership. No response and debitorders still going trough. Acording to consumer act a valid e mail or contact number must be added but the telephones are ringing with no answer and the one time i did get trough and asked for a e mail address i was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes.
