Cancellation of contract

I'm moving overseas end of Feb 2013. So I phoned Zone Fitness at Cape Quarter to ask them what can I do. Khiam told me to come into the branch then we can work something out. Got there and he told me i have to pay in R1280. So I asked him what do they do if I dont have the money to pay R1280 for something I'm not even going to use? He just pulled up his shoulders and showed me the amount outstanding. I left my job and still have to survive for another month without a job before i go overseas.

In the first place Khiam had such a bad attitude telling me he can't help me now I have to go work out first then come back.

Can someone please help me because I really dont have the money to pay a fee for something I wont even use anymore.
