Renovations to Virgin Active

Major renovations took place at this gym during Nov/Dec 2013 with the promise that everything would be complete by the end of Dec yet as of todays date still major issues being sorted out. Despite assurances from manager all will be sorted still not the case-A few points in case 1 The fans in the spinning studio were only re erected yesterday (down since 20 Dec) yet no one bothered to check if both fans oscillate. Still no TVs working in stationery bike area or on equipment (Previously there were 4 different TV's in this area now only one). Coffee shop is a joke with a large amount of space taken away due to a ridiculous amount of space used up by server y counter and now not enough chairs and tables.
How much must we wait Virgin Active for our gym to be back to normal-No use in offering reciprocity at other clubs-it is inconvenient to your members
