Bad or Non existant equipment

For months now we have complained about the equipment in the aerobics hall at the K90 Virgin Active gym in Boksburg. We are continuously given excuses of budgets, head office not ordering, etc. The ladies have to roam the gym before classes to find steps, weights, bozo etc. To top it all our fees have just been increased with the excuse of the increase is necessary to buy new equipment, etc. WHAT NEW EQUIPMENT.
Virgin is so full of excuses and when you talk to the managers, they give you the same excuses. NO BUDGET, etc. SO WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INCREASED PAYMENT. I am going to the consumer council as well as getting in touch with Richard Branson himself. WATCH THIS SPACE Virgin Active Boksburg.
