Body Logic Gym
Towards customers and a bad environment!

During my membership at body logic I have seen the owner verbally (and in one case physically) assault a young lady who I believe to be the building's manager and perhaps his girlfriend. Their arguing usually takes place inside the gym and disrupts the members causing a very tense environment to gym in. This young lady on the other hand is the foulest woman I have ever met. I often overhear her making terrible remarks to the owner in front of members and her vulgar language is off-putting and I have on more than one occasion witnessed her swearing profusely at the staff as if they were slaves. What is most shocking however is that I was offered the "special package" upon signing up (199 p/m for 24 months) and after filling in a contract I asked a close friend to take a look at the gym but when she arrived later that day the employee had told her that the special had expired and she would have to sign a more expensive contract. The next day I questioned one employee on the issue and he reluctantly informed me that he was under instructions to tell all black customers that the special had expired. This kind of behaviour is ridiculous in this day and age!
