Good day. My names Jonathan Burrows and i have signed up with virgin active in december 2012. My complaint is that i have been debited for full memebership for the past 2 months where i have signed up for a off peak and am on vitality. I have called in to the consultant to complain but nothing has been resolved. I was suppose to be refunded for the debit that went off in january but was not as yet. The consultant that i delt with has resigned and now no one knows whats going on. I have been reporting the issue and am very upset with the level of service i have recieved. I am a sushi chef at Nobu Cape Town @ The One and Only hotel and have been working in 5tsar hotels for a long time. I decided to sign with virgin because i expected world class service but have not seen it yet.
