STILL WAITING

So after see the manager at planet fitness (6/11/2013) to confirm my contract/application cancelled. I discussed the fact his sale manager committed an act of, and I have still not received any proof of cancellation. I only received a copy of the contract 3 months after going in (23 July 2013).

So after 2 months of seeing the manager I have still not heard anything. So I went to the branch to speak to the manager, (Round 11 am) when the gym is empty. The receptionist called him (which we saw) and his excuse was to tell us he has interviews. Knowing the situation, he made the priority of a customer second to something he could have postponed.

I am utter disappointed, and extremely shocked that something like this has taken 6 months and is still unresolved. This service is as good as SARS.

My friend has a similar case, which they went in to cancel with Gary. He has not responded or notified them and now the gym is threatening to hand over. All because GARY HAS MADE ALL THESE PROMISES AND FULFILLED NONE. Never mind the fact the sales manager who committed is still working there like nothing happened. So I feel if nothing is done I will lay a charge of to PF.
