Suddenly bring billed without my approval

Hi,

For reasons unknown to me, PF activated a debit order against my account which I did not renew in 2012. The active membership was 2011 to 2012. After not renewing or reactivating for the 2012 to 2013 year, somehow end of 2013 debit orders started coming through.

I have tried to phone head office for this to be corrected but no luck, phone just rings endless. As a last resort called my bank to reverse the last transaction.

I would like the membership to be deactivated and the October 2013 and November 2013 debit orders refunded as I was not consulted nor gave any confirmation to anything.
