Great service and friendly staff

I just felt the need to make mention of the friendly service i've received since inception of opening my contract with Virgin Active. My sales consultant Rafieq was friendly and very efficient. I had no glitches with the debit or contract process. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I have enjoyed all my sessions at this branch because they have the friendliest staff. Always greeting chatting to every person checking if they okay. Very attentive. I have not seen this at any other branches. Im all smiles from the time i walk in to the time i leave as each staff i pass is smiling and greeting me and saying see you tomorrow... even the cleaning and security staff gets a big thumbs up for their services and friendliness . i walked into westgate malls branch only the receptionist smiled. The staff is non -existant. No one walks the floor even the equipment was outdated. I cut my session short because i just didnt like the atmosphere. Somerset west Gant centre you guys rock... excellent atmostphere and fitness culture. Thank you and keep up the good work. I will not hesitate to refer anyone to your branch.
